Nylon Stringer

For stringing bib tags in the finish chute of races. Nylon string with ring on one end to prevent tags from falling off and spike on front end for stringing tags or piercing bib numbers if a runners tag is missing. Photo courtesy of Rainbow Racing Systems.

Proper use: Instruct your stringer to add each tag immediately, do not collect them in their hands, they will slip out and get dropped. Once they are on the stringer they will not fall off. If a tags hole is ripped, pole the tip through the tag (or entire bib if necessary). If a tag/bib is totally lost, tell them to double-poke the previous tag so the timer knows there was a missing tag, then follow up to find the missing runners info.
