Byrdband Stride Trainer

The legs account for approximately 50% of the running movement.  The running stride trainer was developed to improve a runner’s stride frequency which is a key element to improving speed.  The running stride trainer is attached 3-4 inches above or below the knee with the band more to the back of the leg.  It creates resistance as the leg drives forward and back to strengthen the hip flexor and improve leg mechanics.  The key to running fast is explosion, maintaining top speed, and finishing strong.  The running stride trainer creates the explosive first steps to a strong finish.  It is made of durable poly-elastic webbing attached to resistant tubing that runners can use through out their workout.
